Navi-Gator is for Sale

Long-time friends of the Marshall Islands, Maurie and Rhondi Williams, are selling their yacht Navi-Gator, which they bought in Majuro a few years back. The 56-foot ketch was built in France and was originally a charter boat in the Caribbean until a couple from Florida bought her and after a major refit, sailed the Caribbean and then on to Tahiti, Cook Islands, New Zealand, Fiji, Vanuatu, Australia, the Marshall Islands and other Pacific island nations. Maintaining the Moorings

Every year mooring man Cary Evarts (a.k.a. Vice Commodore of the Mieco Beach Yacht Club) calls on volunteers to do a maintenance project on the club’s moorings at Enemanet and Eneko Islands, which are a few miles from downtown Majuro. So this week (October, 2019), he did just that with crew of the yachts Ivanpah, Undine, Apolima, and Ahaluna joining him on his sports boat Wasabi or self-driving to the mooring fields.
